    天津滨海地区不同碘化物浓度地下水微生物群落结构特征

    Characterization of microbial community structure in high iodine groundwater of Tianjin coastal area

    • 摘要: 微生物对I在地下水中的迁移富集有重要影响,进而影响水资源安全。目前关于微生物与I迁移富集的研究多为实验室环境培养特定微生物物种,对于自然环境下微生物群落与I的研究较少。目的为了解不同I浓度地下水微生物群落结构特征,对天津滨海地区不同I浓度地下水中微生物群落进行分析。研究方法采用Mantel test检验、α多样性、LEfSe分析、共现网络及PICRUSt2 分析等对微生物数据进行分析。结果表示:(1)地下水共检测到相对丰度>0.01%的细菌23门42纲122目215科392属,其中变形菌门、拟杆菌门、弯曲杆菌门、放线菌门为微生物群落优势物种。 (2)地下水微生物群落与Na+、pH、TDS、Ca2+和Mn2+等水化学环境因子有正相关关系。 (3)微生物群落的多样性、生态系统复杂性、丰富度随I浓度梯度上升而下降;随I浓度梯度上升,物种覆盖范围有所扩大,群落结构逐渐由聚集到离散,各物种相对独立性提高。本研究可为天津及类似滨海地区地下水微生物与碘的相关研究提供一定参考价值。

       

      Abstract: The microbes have an important impact on the transport and enrichment of I in groundwater, which in turn affects water security. Currently, most of the studies on microorganisms and I migration and enrichment are on the cultivation of specific microbial species in laboratory environments, and there are fewer studies on microbial communities and I in natural environments. In order to understand the structural characteristics of microbial communities in groundwater with different I concentrations, the microbial communities in groundwater with different I concentrations in the coastal area of Tianjin were analyzed. The research methods employed techniques such as Mantel test, alpha-diversity analysis, LEfSe analysis, co-occurrence network analysis, and PICRUSt2 analysis to examine the microbial data.. The results indicated that: (1) A total of 392 genus of 215 family of 122 order of 42 class of 23 phylum of bacteria with relative abundance >0.01% were detected in the groundwater, of which Proteobacteria, Bacteroidota, Campilobacterota, and Actinobacteriota were the dominant species in the microbial community. (2) Groundwater microbial communities were positively correlated with water chemistry environmental factors such as Na+, pH, TDS, Ca2+ and Mn2+. (3) The diversity, ecosystem complexity, and richness of microbial communities decreased with increasing I concentration gradient; with increasing I concentration gradient, the coverage of species expanded, the community structure gradually changed from aggregated to discrete, and the relative independence of each species increased. This study can provide some reference value for the research related to groundwater microorganisms and iodine in Tianjin and similar coastal areas.
