    某阶梯基坑内坑维护桩插入比优化研究

    Optimization of the insertion ratio of middlepits retention pile in a laddershaped pit

    • 摘要: 结合上海西藏南路越江隧道浦东接线段基坑工程,对某阶梯基坑建立平面有限元模型,通过分析不同中墙插入比下左、中、右墙的侧移曲线和导致基坑侧向变形的力学行为得出:中墙顶部往坑外发生侧移,中底部往坑内发生侧移。随着插入比的增加,中墙侧移值逐渐减小。中墙插入比增加使得左墙整体侧移有减小趋势,且发生最大侧移的位置接近于内坑开挖面深度。中墙插入比的增加使得右墙支护状态有改善的趋势,但并不明显。在保证基坑安全性的同时,兼顾其经济性,中墙较合理的插入比为2∶1~3∶1。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, excavation of the Pudong wiring segment was studied belonging to the South Xizang Road Tunnel crossing the river in Shanghai. The plane finite element model of laddershaped pit was established. In the case of middle wall’s different insertion ratio, the lateral displacement curves of three walls and mechanical behavior of the pit’s lateral deformation were analyzed. The top of the middle wall tends to the pit’s outside, and the middle and bottom of the wall tend to the pit’s inside. Increasing insertion ratio of the middle wall and lateral displacement of the middle wall gradually decreased. Because the insertion ratio of the middle wall was increased, the whole lateral displacement of left wall tends to decrease, and the location of maximum lateral displacement was closed to the depth of the pit’s excavation face. When the middle wall’s insertion ratio increased, the support state of the right wall tends to improve, but not obviously. When ensuring the pit’s security and economy, a more reasonable insertion ratio of the middle wall is 2:1 to 3:1.
