    树根桩在黄土隧道基底加固中的现场试验研究

    Field test study on root pile of foundation base in loess tunnel

    • 摘要: 当隧道基底处于软弱地层时,基底的承载力通常较难满足结构的受力要求,为保证隧道结构稳定性,提高隧道基底承载力的地基加固设计至关重要。本文针对树根桩具有承载力高、可以在狭小空间内作业并最大限度的减少开挖对隧道洞身地层的扰动等特点,将树根桩应用于隧道软弱基底的地基加固中是一次有意义的探索和尝试。本文结合神朔铁路复线新小则沟隧道的情况,通过风积砂和黄土地段的现场载荷试验,分别比较了不同骨料、不同桩长、不同桩径、不同桩身配筋情况下树根桩单桩承载力的变化规律,经比较得出此类地层条件下单桩承载力的确定方法,从而为黄土地区树根桩的设计提供科学依据,也可为相关工程提供参考。

       

      Abstract: When the foundation base of a tunnel lies in soft layers, the bearing capacity of the base is hard to meet the requirements of structural force. To ensure the stability of the tunnel structure, foundation base strengthening design is most important to increase the bearing capacity of the same. Because of the characteristics of root pile which has high bearing capacity and can nimimize the disturbance to the strata of the tunnel barrel in narrow and much limited construction space. The application on root pile of foundation base in loess tunnel is a significative experiment. This paper introduces the instance of new xiaozegou tunnel of Line 2 of Shen-Shuo railways and compares the change regularity of single root pile’s load capacity with different aggregate, different length, different diameter and different reinforcement and recommend the decided method of single root pile’s load capacity in similar layers by loading test in site. It provide scientific foundation to design of root pile in loess and reference to future similarworks.
