摘要: 将石油储存于地下水封洞库是建设大型石油储备基地的重要发展方向。由于建设地下水封储油洞库的地质条件、设计和施工的复杂性,为满足建设的安全性和经济性,需要综合考虑水文地质、工程地质、环境地质问题。文章考虑了建设地下水封油库的原则和外部依托条件,特别针对库址选择时应注意的水文地质、工程地质问题,提出了相应的认识。
