Abstract:
Typical geological hazards in Beijing plain included active fault,seismic liquefaction of sand and land subsidence.A practical research area was selected to evaluate the risk of typical geological hazards in Beijing plain.It was suggested that the risk of active faults can be reasonably explained by the history of the faults and their occurrence period,while the risk of groundsill seismic liquefaction was examined in the field with penetration test.With applying consolidation theory,the risk of land subsidence was indirectly calculated according correlation between accumulative withdrawal of groundwater and accumulative land subsidence.
