高水压大断面盾构隧道管片衬砌结构静力学行为模型试验研究
Study on model test for static mechanical behavior of tunnel segment lining structure with large-section shield tunnel and high water pressure

摘要: 以武汉长江隧道工程为背景,采用盾构隧道-地层复合体模拟试验系统和旋转式水压装置共同作用,完成了在不同水土压力场作用下的管片衬砌结构力学特征相似模型试验,最后对盾构隧道管片衬砌结构的静力学行为特征的试验结果进行了重点分析。分析表明,9等分块力学性能优于9+1分块;宜将错缝180°的错缝拼装方式作为武汉工程首选拼装方案;对于大幅宽管片,幅宽中央受环间螺栓剪力影响较小,而幅宽边缘则较大。Abstract: Based on the Wuhan Yangtze River shield tunnel,model test of segment lining structure with different water and earth pressure is fulfilled combined shield tunnel-ground complex simulation facility with rotary water pressure device.At last,the paper analyzes on the test results of static mechanical behavior characteristics of shield segment of the tunnel lining.The analysis shows:(1) nine uniform blocks are superior to nine add one uniform bocks in mechanical properties;(2) the 180° stagger joint assembling method is preferred in the project;(3) for the large broad segment,the central place is less affected by the bolts shear force than the edge.
