    济南市区的地基土层及地基适宜性评价

    Characteristics of foundation soil layers and evaluation on foundation suitability in the urban area of Jinan City

    • 摘要: 济南市区内广泛分布着第四纪岩土地层,从市区南部到北部,其地势分别为山前坡地和倾斜平原。通过工程地质调查和岩土工程勘察资料的分析,揭示了该市区内岩土层的时空分布和力学性质变化规律。中更新世岩土地层分布在市区南部的坡地地带,除部分黄土状土之外,南部坡地的大多数岩土层具压缩性低、承载力高的工程性质。然而,在该市区北部的平原,大量发育由松软土层组成的全新世岩土地层。依据与实际工程结合的地基适宜性评价,划分出三个基础工程分区,从南到北依次是天然地基浅基础区、天然地基与人工地基浅基础区以及深基础或人工地基浅基础区。

       

      Abstract: Quaternary stratum are widely distributed in Jinan City proper,where southern part and northern one are mountain-front hillsidefields and inclined plain respectively.Through engineering geologic survey and geotechnical engineering investigation,some laws of time-space distribution and mechanical characteristics change of Quaternary strata layers were revealed in the city proper.Pleistocene rock-soil stratum occur in hillsidefields of the southern city proper,where most rock-soil layers are with low compressibility and quite high bearing-capacity except for loess-like soil.In the plain of the northern city proper,however,there are largely Holocene rock-soil stratum consisted of loose and soft soil layers.Based on the evaluation on foundation suitability in combination with practical civil-engineering,three foundation engineering zones are divided in Jinan City proper,from south to north,which are in turn the zone for shallow foundation on natural ground,the zone for shallow foundation on natural and treated ground,the zone for deep foundation or shallow foundation on treated ground.
