Abstract
To address issues such as the lack of comparability of geohazards susceptibility assessment results at the same administrative level and inconsistencies across multiple levels, a cloud-based digital system was developed to efficiently support the delineation of geohazards susceptibility zones at the national, provincial, municipal, and county levels,. Based on a multi-level evaluation and constraint indicator system for geohazards susceptibility, this initiative leverages key technologies, including integrated management of massive spatio-temporal data, cloud-based spatio-temporal computing frameworks, and intelligent dynamic caching with real-time access for multi-modal geospatial big data. A comprehensive digital system for susceptibility assessment and zoning was developed. This system digitized the entire workflow, from constructing an indicator repository and automatically extracting multi-level evaluation units to performing multi-level assessments, anchor calibration at each level, aggregating results, and automated verification. The replicable and scalable system facilitated computational support for multi-level geohazards susceptibility evaluation. The system was designed for replicability and scalability.
