Application of vertical pile driven by vibration in subgrade reinforcement

The thick saturated silty and gravel strata with poor bearing capacity,strong penetrating and liquefaction are existing in the subgrade of one gate.The vibration piles were applicated to reinforce the subgrade to solve such potential problems.This paper discussed the design,construction and examination of the vibration piles in detail.It is indicated that the vibration piles are effective for ground treatment.
