Occurrence and hydrochemical characteristics of As-rich groundwater in the Linhe district of the Hetao Plain

Based on field survey of geo-environment and groundwater environment and laboratory analysis of groundwater quality,distribution and hydro-chemical properties of groundwater with As in the Linhe District in the Hetao Plain in Inner Mongolia were systematically studied.Results show that groundwater with high As content mainly occurs in the north-west of the study area,where is the central belt of deposition in the Hetao Plain in terms of regional concept.In some local parts,its distribution appea...
