Statistical analysis of the accidents of foundation pit of the urban mass rail transit station

More Information
  • Based on the statistical analysis of 52 accidents of the foundation pits of the urban mass rail transit station, six types of the accidents were summarized. And it was ascertained that the most common accidents were the leakage damage, supporting failure and landside in the pit.The reasons of six types of the accidents were discussed. It was concluded that the underground water was the primary factor and non-standard operations was the second factor of the pit accident.
