Impact of diversion water and pumpage for agriculture influenced by precipitation on groundwater

This paper analyzes the mountain precipitation impact on Huangbizhuang reservoir runoff and diversion water and plain precipitation and the impact of diversion water influence on surface water utilization efficiency and groundwater withdrawal. The results indicate that the more precipitation and the more runoff,the more water the reservoir can provide for agriculture and the lower water utilization efficiency.
